I go in for a recall and come out with over a $400 bill to fix something else

Everything went as expected.

It was great! Took a little longer than I had hoped for. 1.5 hours for an oil change and to add a front bug deflector but it was good.

From our first conversation on the phone, to follow up communications days after the sale, we had the best truck buying experience ever at Liberty GMC! We drove three hours from another state and were made to feel welcome from the minute we arrived at the dealership. Our floor salesman, Sam, was awesome. Not once did we feel rushed, pressured or judged for the vehicle we wanted to purchase. He took his time with us, answered our questions, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. I am not likely what you would consider the typical buyer of a Canyon AT4X, but was made to feel like I am. I was treated extremely respectfully as a female truck buyer and felt heard. Our positive experience continued with Phil in the finance department, and the process was easy, friendly and efficient. We love our new truck and highly recommend both it and Liberty GMC! We will definitely be recommending them to all of our friends and family!
